Error code Truma system (1 Viewer)

Good morning. We have an error code E634 on our control panel and can’t seem to find reference to it on the Truma Code list. Can anyone help please. It’s obviously a heating problem cos we’re freezing . Many thanks

We turn heating off at night and we got this code this morning when trying to put it back on

Depends what system you have. Our Refillable gas low ones have gauges. Calor gas bottles will be light when you pick them up.
Alternatively try lighting the hob.

Yes. Sorry but appear to be really dim. Just thought to switch gas job and yes still have gas

The codes only seem to go up to 624 and that means "Frost control heating element short circuit"

does help much but on the Truma web site E634 is an unknown reference. As others have suggested try to clarify if it's related to electric or gas.

The code is listed in this document, i cannot make the very bottom of the pdf show on my ipad but I suspect the action will be the same as for the codes above.
I’m not sure it helps you much

In this thread, there is a photo of the reset button on the boiler and read to the end where it says wait 15mins

Truma combi no heating ?

Sorry to hear that....only other thing is the small white fuse on top of heater? Might be something like the water temp sensor needing replacing......

Many thanks. Have carries out all these tasks but to no avail sadly. We’re going to try ans contact a mobile service when we get to our next pitch in Tintagel. Usually the club will have contact details

Possibly a problem with the 12v supply to the boiler. I assume you are not on hook up if you are using gas? Is you battery voltage good? Try starting the engine and see if the heating works. Just seen the date on your original post. I presume you have it sorted by now or found the problem. It would be good to let us know for future reference if anyone is searching the same problem.
