There is absolutely no such thing as a 100% secure system that is also connected...

yes its funny how you often cant do this and that for fear of breaking the data protection act but these companies can surrender you info to persons unknown at any time can we take out a private summons for this i supposed we would have to show a financial loss somewhere
does anyone get prosecuted under the data protection act?or is it just to pee of customers

Things are about to get even tougher for companies on this front. Just google EU GDPR which comes into effect next year.
