I think there vehicle was registered with an incorrect description myself, as if the picture is correct I think it should be described as an estate car but it would be interesting to find out what happens in the end.

There was a snippet on the BBC News lunchtime about an ANPR ticket issued to a vehicle but the photo evidence showed a lady in a T Shirt with a logo that almost resembled the chaps registration.

Looks like the vehicle is a Grey Import from Japan, as a 2010 it would not be compliant.
Clearly it is below 3.5 t but Mr Khan is of course very strapped for cash right now.

I register for an Autopay account which covers LEZ, Congestion and Ulez. . their system had not registered us correctly and we collected a ticket for £1000.00 reduced to £500 if paid within 14 days.
As Mr Khan is not on my Christmas Card list I appealed and submitted the evidence from their own Website before they quashed the ticket.

Their System is in Total Chaos and cannot see their A... from their Elbow.

Much like the DVSA of Course.
