Hi everyone, please I am a new member and I have just put on my cylinder head back after timing belt snapping almost three weeks ago, but we keep on starting the van and no any sign of fired up, timing is OK, please what are the things I should do or is it wiping problem? I connected injector wire direct to battery in case the cutout switch at the back of battery is faulty, please help me out

I never saw your original post, did you bend any valves when the belt snapped?

Have you done a compression test after building it back up?

If you're convinced that your timing is spot on, and not 180 degrees out, which can happen, try firing on easy start, that'll prove it's timed OK and your problem is fuel related

Yes, all value bend and change it all, we did ground it to make it perfect, could it be it will need to be crank for long time before it fired up for the engine cylinder is open for almost a month before been repair, thanks

Injector do work, may be I should remove the nozzle one after another to check if the pressure is enough to break fuel through, please do we have a place where it is possible to increase the pressure on that injector because I I call someone who put Allen key through the injector pulley and I think he set something or may be just to check the timing

As I said try easy start next if it doesn't try to fire on that you've got a problem somewhere
