Hi All

I decided to check the fluid levels on my engine battery (battery in floor between cab seats). I pulled up the small lever on the negative pole.
As soon as I had replaced the lever there was a small beep. When I switched the ignition on there was a red warning sign. This warning light is still on.
I am assuming this light is connected to my checking the battery. Any suggestions how to remedy this please?

Thanks

albial.

You may not have disconnected for enough time. Disconnect the battery -ve for at least a minute then reconnect.

It sounds like traction control malfunction. You will need to drive the van to clear it.
