I'm getting one next week for our A class, the 2 A class Hymers we had you needed to be a very very contortionist to remove the engine battery.

This one is so so easy wow I am amazed how simple it is.

Pay Halfords to do it - £3 or so their adverts say.

Their batteries are as good as any standard engine battery (but wouldn't use them for habitation units).

Allegedly Halfrauds won't do A class batteries... To difficult and time consuming.

May be able to 'help' you if it's a Fiat?

The only way I found other than brute force was make up a wooden "shelf" out of ply and timber to sit across the gap and take the weight as the battery was slid across

Don't know your van but are you sure there isn't an access panel somewhere, under the carpets?

Aren’t Fiat starter batteries under the cab floor?
That’s where ours is
