It seems it contains a virus according to Broken Link Removed, just a heads up warning for you.

On and off for many years.
You would get a toll road "fine" by post not through email. How would they have your email address?

A scam or phishing or something but not genuine.

Yes it is a scam It has been sent by a compromised web site or a forged address. You can ignore it.

If you got the web site on the from address ( jhshriners.org - I won't put in a direct link) then it says "Welcome to Jackson Hole Shrine Club"!! :spam:

There About us says:
The Mission of the Shriners is to be:

The Premier Fraternal Organization for men of good character.
Committed to providing attractive, quality programs and services for its members, their families and friends in a spirit of fun, fellowship and social camaraderie.
Fostering self improvement through leadership, education, the perpetuation of moral values and community involvement.
Serving mankind through the resources of its great philanthropy, the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
I don't think they have anything to do with EZ Pass :)
Cheers
