The light is a LED they rarely ever blow. The light is fed, from the charger in Elektroblock, could mean your charger has packed up.

Disconnect the solar, use some power to run the batteries down a bit then plug the mains in an see if the voltage rises on the batteries that will tell you if the charger is working.

Power supply where we stayed was poor as my daughter was hooked up next door and had similar problems with hair dryer etc so don’t think my problem is causing tripping just no indicator on panel will get technician to call in and check tomorrow will post outcome

I have the same panel.
From past comments on forums and burstner groups it always seems to be down to a failed bulb, I say bulb it's most likely an LED soldered onto the board.
If your batteries are charging and your 13 pin mains sockets are working then that would be my suggestion. So you an live with it or pay for a repair ( unless in warranty).
Testing the charger is easy enough, do it at night while on hook up and use a multimeter but your panel should show over 13v going in to prove charger is on.

UPDATE....
Just found this post on the Elegance group..
The guy was replying ref a faulty pump light.

" These panels use surface mounted LED’s which are soldered onto the circuit board. To removed this panel, the outside trim cover is held on with double side tape, so needs to be removed carefully, then you will see the countersunk mounting screws that need to be removed so the panel comes free. Disconnect the plugs, then remove the panel. Then the circuit board can be exposed, and the relevant LED can be spotted in the pump light location and replaced with a very careful soldering job, by any specialist circuit board repair facility. I have had 3 of these replaced so far, the first was the pump LED, followed by the main switch LED, then the External Power LED. I would need to research the info on the LED spec and place a further message on this post."
