Hi, does anyone know where I can find a new door seal for above fridge, van is 21 years and fridge original.

Electrolux are now owned by Dometic, but you can still get spares..

maybe not in stock , but if you contact them with Fridge Model, product and serial numbers (label inside fridge) they should be able to source
