Electrical problem 12 v (1 Viewer)

I have just fitted bike rack to van and plugged in the 12v lighting board and no workee I have checked out the rear lighting fuse its ok and all the other van lights are ok where should I check next Please,

Check out the trailer socket then plug.

if you know someone else with a light bar or trailer, plug theirs into your van, this will tell you if its the van electrics or the bike rack electrics
