Hi All
My brother has a 2017 Knaus sun I tag axle on a Fiat Ducato Chassis, he is having an issue where the passenger electric window and both the electric mirrors do not work, we have tested the switches and they are working and cant find a blown fuse. Does anyone have any idea what it could be, we cant work out which relay does what and have no wiring diagrams so any help will be very grateful as always

Just looking in owners handbook and fuses under bonnet for mirror control panel is no F24
Passenger side electric window under dash fusebox F47
Suggest checking with meter as sometimes they dont look blown.

All fuses removed and checked and all are ok checked voltage and continuity with volt meter, its baffling us could it be a relay but if so where is it ?????

Coming up to three years old. Will the manufacturer of the actual vehicle help?

They would but need to take it to thdm and thats a 400 mile round trip so just trying to fathom it out ourselves as my brother works away a lot and is struggling for time plus dealer cannot guarantee they can get it in before warranty runs out

Possibly some basic form of control module. I would suggest though a broken wire on the harness through the bulkhead to the passenger side door.

Just realised it's an A class so presumably not Fiat mirrors or electric window so could well be wiring harness. Not familiar with set up but there will be a connecting block/plug in door or bulkhead check feed to there.

I wouldn't expect a relay with it having 20A fuses. Look in the door pivot for a broken wire?

In the resources section of motorhomefun there is a fiat manual for converters.
This details a socket for nearside and offside for door actuators and mirrors. Its where the converters pick their feeds up from.
On our hymer found the lhd drivers side in the panel between end of dashboard and the external body panel.
Testing here would prove into fiat wiring or out to knaus wiring.
From memory plug was called y0001?
