Not sure why only the sockets are not working.

Whenever something goes wrong I always go to the last thing that happened - somebody tripped over your hook up cable.

Could the cable or connections be damaged?

Try unplugging/ plugging back in both ends of cable

Try a different supply socket

Try another EHU lead (borrow one) - one that you know is working

Sorry can't be more help

Vic

Fridge might have switched automatically to gas or 12v

Still think its the cable - or supply - could that have tripped?

I'm with Burstner on this one. If all the mains relays are up but no sockets are working, then the fridge has switched over to keep working and you're not getting any power into the van.

Did you try the RCB and see if it trips all the breakers out? If it doesn't, defo no power. Should imagine that it would take quite a tug to pull an EHU cable out of its socket, think I'd be looking to see if any wires were pulled at all.

Remember to disconnect from the mains before looking at anything electrical :)

not long enough
I agree with above, either the RCB inside the van has tripped or the trip at the post

If not then the cable is most likely

Another clue might be to check the battery voltage, if on hook up this will up over 13V if not charging will probably be 12.5 or lower (presumes you do not have a solar panel of course)

Don't know your controller, ours has a symbol to confirm hook up is live, some have a light

Have a look at the control panel (above the door on my tracker) and if you have 240v in the van it should say "on or AC"

If that is missing then I suspect you have a damaged cable.

check the connections at each end of your EHU cable if they are fine then the cable itself is broken someplace and maybe still touching a strand or two. A cable tracker will find the break and then the cable could be shortened to that point.
you might even be able to feel a warm spot along the cable. He who tripped should buy a new cable for you.
