OK I will start it off,

When you say trip do you mean that it trips one of the MCB's or the main RCD on the Sargent PSU, you you have to reset it some how.

Do You have another selector somewhere that switches it to gas or electric as my little bit of reading tells me that the red light is a "gas" fault.

I have just had a not too disimilar problem which transpired to be a dripping pipe off the boiler dripping into the mains supply box for the air con which stupidly enough is underneath the boiler!

Looks like both red & green lights on, that's not right you need to look up Truma fault codes.

Thanks guys it works on gas. I take it the heater switch on charger is for the blown heating without gas hope this makes sense regards

The control knob pic is of the control for the hot water boiler, not the heating?
It is on my E745, but that's a 2000 model.
If it's the boiler control (set to gas as PPJ says) it will trip out if the boiler is empty.
Heater controls on mine are all on the gas / electric heater.

In your top picture (control knob) you have it set to gas.
Turn it to the off (0) position and the sargent switch to on (lit).
Thanks pappajohn did that but nothing happening

My mistake, got confused seeing the fan speed control in the middle.
Thinking back to my last one it had a separate two position switch (1kw/2kw) for electric heating.
That was in the kickboard on the seat base, the boiler being under the same seat.

That switch just might be for tank heaters to stop water/waste freezing.

On and off for many years.
Do you have anything else (electric) turned on? We also have the Truma combined gas / electric heating and it trips out on 2kw electric heating if there is almost anything else turned on. On ours it is the trip switch that flicks not a fuse blowing.

Can't help you with the finding the fuses.

@angusboy, for fuses check the wardrobe or at the back of the top drawer in the bathroom if its anything like the 2000 model.
Do you not have a user handbook? I'm sure you can download one.
Don't bother trying to contact Swift, who make them, it's like trying to get the right department at the Council.

I had a problem some tine ago and got help locating a fuse from Johns Cross. send them or Eddievanbitz a message, they will most likely be able to advise.
