Electric bed controller

Greetings all,
Has anybody had any problems with electric bed controller on Burstner Ixeo plus 724.
I've reset it and it refuses to work, after each reset the box only clicks. Its the usual' Parameter und Steuerung gepruft' unit.
Any help appreciated as a new unit is around £640

It's a common problem with electric bed's. Leaving them made up with pillars causes many failures. Many people are having similar problems.

From memory you need to press 2 buttons on the wired remote simultaneously to reset it.

Have you tried it with the EHU lead plugged in to boost the battery ?
Maybe you have a duff leisure battery ?
Regarding the reset I think once reset you have to send the bed UP to re-calibrate it.
