Hi. I have a French motorhome and connection cable. Is the UK connection the same or do I need to get an adaptor?
MAny Thanks

Pretty good chance the connection on the side of your MH will be the same as we all have

UK standard is 16A at both ends, France seems to be pretty much the same but still with some 2 pin connectors

If you have blue round plugs both ends you are sorted, if not simplest might be to buy one in UK when you get here, will then give you an extension if needed when home

If you have the blue plug you'll be ok. If you have the French two pin type you'll need a two pin to blue type adapter

I have these.

This one plugs into the French EHU when on sites. ( Above)

And the above here plugs into my garage when at my house in France.

I rarely use EHU. I will be visiting the UK in October and I don't know what the EHU plugs are like in the UK sites. As its October there probably won't be much sun to recharge batteries through solar panels.

EHU points in the UK are all compatible with the plug in your first picture.

Hi
Is this the same for spain? We are going France and Spain at Christmas. Is there anything I need to take? Thanks

Just one of these in case you come across a campsite in France/Spain that uses 2 pin.

And one of these, some of the French/Spanish campsites are wired reverse polarity, I always checked my vans PSU if the reverse polarity light was illuminated I'd use this lead. All its doing is swapping the brown and blue the right way for UK wiring. Don't ask me the ins and outs lol I just use when needed.
