EE PAYG Referral

Hi all,

I’m about to order an EE PAYG SIM card. It looks like they have a refer-a-friend scheme where you and I both get a £10 Amazon voucher. So would anyone be willing to share their referral code with me?

Thanks Mel, I am too slow!! By the way I have identified that with an EE business monthly data deal in excess of 100gb you get an enhanced 60gb roaming cap in the EU! The business packs tend to be more expensive but they have a deal of £19 with 100gb at the moment. I am beginning to wonder if once the dust settles that the roaming issue will become less of, just that, an issue. The 90/180 will become the providers sanction mechanism so they have no need to seem onerous. Time will tell.
The EE PAYG data card worked fine in my hutch by the way and was marginally faster than my Voda SIM so now I have a route out of Voda for a better roaming offering..... when I can and or feel inclined that is.

I plan to use the EE sim as a backup for when my Superdrug Mobile (based on Three) doesn’t get a signal.

The Superdrug Mobile SIM is pretty decent. £20, no contract, unlimited data, no hidden cap or throttle, and you can EU roam with unlimited data. Not seen any other providers offering a package like that for that price.

I've just had a read of the SG T&Cs and also the 'Standard Price Guide' so I would want clarification as it only mentions Unlimited data in the UK, whilst it says you can use it abroad in the EU it doesn't actually state how much, just that it comes out of your monthly allowance,:

Unlimited data usage policy​

If you have unlimited data as part of your Plan, there are no hidden caps or limits when using your device within the UK. Unlimited data should give you all the access to the internet you would normally need, without worrying, so you can use our service to your heart’s content. Use of the Services for commercial, resale or fraudulent purposes isn’t allowed under this Agreement, so we do reserve the right to monitor any unusual activity that may indicate that this is happening to identify and prevent such non-permitted use.​

• With Superdrug Mobile you can use your mobile to call, text and get online while travelling abroad.
