Yes, I'm back !

Just home from 7 weeks in the frozen northlands of Scotland ( yet again )

I noticed that ( according to Hab panel gauges ) that when on EHU, Hab Batts were charging to over 13v
whereas the Cab Batt never seemed to go over about 12.5/6 or so.

They are being fed by EBL99, I'm wondering why the unit seems to treat them differently ?

The EBL does treat the batteries differently. For the leisure battery it does3-stage intelligent charging, with the choice of at least two charging profiles. For the starter battery, it sends a small trickle charge that's intended to just keep it topped up.

However the starter battery should be 13.0V at least, so it looks like it isn't being charged for some reason.

There will be 2 fuses by the starter battey a 50 amp maxi blade fuse and a 20 amp standard blade fuse. Check the 20 amp fuse that feeds the fridge and the starter battery charging.

Thanks Folks,

I noticed this puzzling differential on several occasions, in different locations whilst away.

And then drove back from the north of Scotland with no issues.

Cab Batt when i parked the van up was the usual 12.5/6v. Hab was about 13v

Van is behaving normally as far as I can tell.

If there was no charge to Batts, Cab Batt would have been flat days ago - surely ?
(don't call me Shirley)

I will check the fuse when I next go to Van

The fuse only effects mains charging.
With the starter battery that low I think the battery is past it.
After a drive I would expect it to be over 13v.
