We are still trying to find the cause of the electrical fault in our Frankia that is affecting some USB sockets and 12v lights. Having checked fuses in the main box by replacing them with new ones it has been suggested that the fault is with the EBL.
We can’t find any references to an EBL in our manual so can anyone help by telling us if we have one and if so where is it and what does it look like and how do we check it?
Thank you

We can’t find any numbers on the block which may be a model number but this is a photo of the set up taken from our manual.
We think it’s the white thing in the top left hand corner of the image and it’s referred to as DS470
There's a bit of confusion here. People tend to use the term 'electroblock' to refer to any central 12V power distribution/fuse unit. Actual Elektroblocks are manufactured by Schaudt, and are blue boxes with a white front panel. Other 'electroblocks' are made by Sargent, Scheiber, Nordelettronica, or as in this case, CBE, who make the DS470.
We’re still think our electrical problem is related to a fuse as the problems started when the awning light stopped working. We have since found there are more 12v fuses in a panel on the drivers side to the right of the steering wheel but we can find any information as to what these do, can anyone shed any light on them please?

It's not the same 'module reset' issue I had is it?

It sounds similar but the main control panel above the door doesn’t seem to have any instructions for a reset and as usual there’s very little about it in the manual.

I had no instructions either. It was only from the dealer I found out about the reset.

My control panel is just a basic 3 digit display to show battery voltage, water levels, etc. and a selector wheel to switch between the readings. I press the wheel in to toggle the power. If I press and hold the wheel for a few seconds in on the mains power selection, it enabled me to reset the module's fuse.
