EBL 101 replacement, who to choose (1 Viewer)

The EBL 101 Eloctorbloc has failed totally, no power on 12v or mains even on hookup.

Now need to choose where to go for replacement. I have contacted A & N Caravan services and J & M Caravans. Some threads suggest removal and sending to the maker in Germany.

Does anyone know and recommend anyone else?

Ideally I would like to go somewhere where they can fix it on site and check the whole system.

I can definitely recommend A&N Caravan Services.

My EBL101 was damaged (Glass of water + 8-year-old grandson). I posted it to them and he pulled out all the stops to fix it before our upcoming trip. This guy fault-finds to component level, he's not just a board-swapper. He may have a rebuilt unit ready to exchange, worth asking.

Location in North Wales, near Colywn bay, is worth a visit if you don't want to post it.

It suggests ....
12 V supply does not work in the living area

Activate battery isolation on the DT ... control and switch panel


Check fuse and wiring
