I have mounted mine on rubber ant vibration mounts.
    Its now almost silent.

is it at the right incline, as this is also important

Don't bother emailing Eberspacher. I have, every week, for the last month about my air con.

I will keep on going, just for fun. :(

I can't say we noticed ours in the last Motorhome. The webasto only made a noise on start up or when self servicing.
We've not had it fitted to Pug yet. Hopefully it won't be bothersome.

Use the latest P shaped rubber mount and it should make it quieter,
I fitted mine between floors in a A class and it's inaudible,

Anyone who owned a car with an SU pump used to find ticking quite comforting. Didn't happen often ...................... :)

Sorry to say I had the same ticking problem with the same heater pump (on flash 10)...just before the pump developed a major leak! However, as it was still under warranty, it was replaced free of charge...and defo no ticking problems after that. Hope you sort it soon...The ticking certainly drove me nuts...and I'm deaf!! (y)

Gas doesn't tick , it only hisses quietly and doesn't cost so much tax.
