I have just replaced my coach built with a van conversion ,this van has diesel heating , the eberspacher airtronic d2,which does supply a good heat but the problem is it is very noisy on the outside of the van, a constant whine which I believe is the norm for this type of unit but there is also a non stop clicking sound , could someone let me know if this a fault, thanx.:

you have no fault buddy, the constant clicking is the pump that surply's the heater, try turning the heater up/down and the speed of the clicking will get faster/slower,good heaters by the way

The dosing pump it supposed to be mounted in a rubber lined mounting clip to reduce sound transfer through the body/chassis. I would investigate it and see if it is so or if it can be further isolated.
