Can anyone tell me please whether or not the Easy-Lifter Hydra Trail attaches on to a standard 'tow-ball', or will I need to fit an alternative on to the tow-bar?

They bolt on in place of the tow hitch I think

Yes, you remove the ball fitting and fit a bracket supplied with the hydra.

Two bolts to fit it the same as the ball fitting.

edit I normally assemble mine and leave set up with the wheels and use a ramp to load the bike.
So I don’t use the bottle jack 😊

If you have a standard bolted on tow ball, then that is removed and the Hydratrail bracket bolts on in its place.
If you have a swan neck tow ball, then he can supply another beacket.

We did too, when we had ours. Much simpler in use.

Let’s face it Rich you need to recover your bike more often than not 🤣

You defeatist what have you bought ?

Nothing yet.

We’ve got a lot of work to do on the house so I don’t think Pen would be overly impressed if I bought a bike 😊

As and when I do get something it will probably be a trail bike around 250cc.
