East Neuk Fifer L Webasto heater query (1 Viewer)

Hello all, we have a Fifer Touring L 2012 and it’s been a star. However after emptying the fresh water before the chills, I filled up the water s couple of days ago and the pump doesn’t seem to be working properly. I’ve tried a range of different internet advised tasks and it still just mumbles in quietly and out no water through. My question is we have a webasto heater which also heats the water when the electric is not plugged in. Can you use the heater whilst there is no water in the system purely for warming up the van. I’m probably reaching out more to East Neuk owners as the particular heater are not in most other vans. Thanks in advance, all help would be great as we are in the north of Scotland and it’s chilly.

Do you know what model of Webasto you have? With our Webasto Dual Top Evo, the heating can be used with no water in it

That's not the same as mine. My control panel has many more options. From your image showing switches with W+H and W, I would suggest you don't have the option to have heating without hot water.

Ok thanks for the update. I’ll probably have to rely on EHU, until East Neuk opens.
