I have a 2019 Autotrail Tracker EKS. My E&P leveller control panel, the fixed one, no longer works. The rest of the system is fine and the remote control unit works. I wonder if a fuse may have blown. Does anyone know where the fuse for the leveller might be?

I would give the lads at SAP Doncaster a call (E &P agents)they are usually more than happy to help and should give you some pointers 👍

Our fixed panel developed an intermittent fault and would not power up unless it was given a sharp tap, so it was obvious to me that it has a dodgy connection somewhere.
Spoke to Mick at SAP and explained what was and was not happening with the panel and he got E&P to send me a replacement and an address sticker to return the duff one.
I said that I would change it myself rather than drive the 250 miles round trip for SAP to do it as it is an easy job to do yourself.

Thanks both for your info. I'm in contact with SAP...

We have EP system fitted to our van, we only have the remote control, that is unless there is a control panel and we haven't yet found it.

It might be like ours, placed in a cupboard so tiny hands don’t mess 👍

I've given the fixed control panel a sharp tap, several in fact, and it is determined not to come back to life on its own. I could obviously make do with the remote control but I'd imagine there's a reason for having both so it's best if I can get them both to work. I'll see if SAP can offer help.
There doesn't appear to be any regular servicing requirement for the leveller but the manual describes topping up the hydraulic fluid now and then. I'm not very mobile these days and wonder if anyone has used a garage or whatever to do a check and top up.
