Previous mot's have flagged a small oil leak on one of the front jacks.
This weekend after using the van on quite a severe slope (Front wheels off the ground) I noticed that there was quite a lot of oil on the foot plate.
So today I have removed the the hose in question as the leak is on the top hose and is coming from the crimp on the hydraulic hose.
Very nice chap in pirtek has made a new hose for me 8.6m suggested I go for a better quality reinforced hose ( as the old ones on the van are easily cut with a stanley knife)
So now I need to know when I reinstall the hose tomorrow how do I bleed the hose It's the top one on the ram which I is the one the operates the downward movement of the ram
Thanks in advance
