Duvalay rarely discount their products so this may be of interest:

Be aware that the sleeping bags use ‘bog standard’ single quilt so if you need to change e.g tog rating, don’t order from Duvalay, buy them much cheaper at Dunhelm’s or other shop😉

Good tip (y) I'm a big fan of the mattress toppers but the sleeping bag, whilst it is well designed, would benefit from an upgraded duvet & would prefer 100% cotton to polycotton cover.

Agreed, I have tried to convince my wife to make a new one up in a decent cotton, but she says her sawing machine isn’t up to it, I know this is a ploy to get an all singing all dancing machine, but it didn’t work for me when ai wanted a motorcycle 🙀

Also worth looking at Snuglux

They make sheets and toppers to order.
They seem to have templates for all the popular makes and models, you can also select your own materials and colours.

(Hymer wanted £400 for a set of toppers and sheets for our van, Snuglux charged £60 !)
