Further to recent thread. Colour in fields at present comes from daffodils and hyacinths, tulips yet to come out.
keukenhof yesterday also had crocus and some tulips in outside displays. Cloudy with temperature around 10 degrees. Entry cost 18 Euro per person plus 6 Euro parking.
Today was first traditional Alkmaar cheese market, happens every Friday. Clear blue skies and sunny

They always seem to be a bit later than here, I went once in April and there were no tulips.
After that disappointment, we went again in May for the tulips.

I remember parking motorhome along canal side and then cycling in, which was not too far.
