You can stop at Grey Mares Tail on A708 (we have a couple of times) but don't think you can overnight?
Think you can wild camp at the top end of Loch of the Lowes on the A708. Passed it a few times and a few motorhomes seemed to be. Short walk to The Tibbie Shiels Inn.
