Morning all,

Have been reading around the tech pages here and noticed the various scuttle water ingress posts.

I've had a quick look at my van and see that it has the same issue. Whilst checking the scuttle I can see that it is slightly warped on the right side, now before I resort to ordering a new scuttle set (mines the two piece) is there a known fix IE: heating it up or something else? Also, for those that have had to purchase a new scuttle can you tell me what the cost was?

TIA.

I removed the scuttle on my last van 2014 Peugeot base, cleaned off all the foam seal And refitted it with a tube of black tiger seal off eBay.
I also made the drains larger and run new hosepipe from the drains low down.

+1 and make sure you seal the scuttle centre joint.Another way to reseal is with Butyl seal (like you stick the rooflights in with) but Tiger seal looks good.I also covered my engine over with a sheet of hard plastic.
