Is the supplementary heating system that comes as a factory fit is some Ducatos any good ? I'm referring to the unit that sits under the a hab seat and blows hot air into the hab area. I think it's an FBH type system similar to a Webasto ?

Wanted to know if it really does provide a decent amount of heat in the hab area and if it's any good as a cooling device just by blowing air through if this can be done ?

The manual is A) poorly written and B) in French, Italian and German.....

We have one fitted as standard, as a heater whilst travelling during the colder months, then its fantastic, it controls the difference between the cab and the hab areas, no coldness around the back of the neck. Its good for the rear seated passengers, they enjoy the same level of comfort as we do in the cab.

Have tried in the summer, but we think as a cold fan, its not so good.

Hope this helps.
