Ducato over cab storage (1 Viewer)

Hi, I've just joined, and am hoping for some advice on what I can do to create a useful space above the cab in my 07 Ducato conversion. What have other people done with this space?

I bought it from a guy that had done a basic conversion job, so some things weren't finished, like this!

Not much space i'd use it to store towels/bed linen that sort of stuff and clothes that needed washing but that is me hold it back with a cargo net

I'm currently converting a 58 Citroën Relay and decided to put the TV in over cab storage as I figured this would put it out of sight.

I decided to split the drop down flap so that half of the flap was closed while the TV is in use. The TV is mounted on an aluminium frame made from KJN extrusion with flat mounted drawer runners and a click up click down TV mounting.

The TV slides out in the horizontal position and then by pushing up at the bottom it rotates to vertical and the TV then slides back against the flap for operating.

To stow you just reverse the operation.

The other half of the storage can still be used for soft things like pillows etc. Hope the pics give you an idea of process.
