Ducato mirror reflectors

Do any of you clever folk know where I can get hi-viz wing mirror stick on reflectors for a Fiat Ducato ? The ones I want are like a back to front C. I know I've seen them advertised but can't remember where !

Don't know the ones you mentioned, but I have used these in the past to good effect, lots of different colours.
