My AC compressor clutch is not engaging. I need to know where the fuse is, also the clutch 'relay' location and whether there is a plug-socket connector on the compressor itself which may have worked loose. It's a Fiat Ducato 2.3lt (2015) model. It's bloody annoying as the belts are fine, the dash shows the orange light is on calling for AC, but the clutch fails to engage. Hope someone can help me out. Cheers. Kind regards Trinity =",'=

We've had ac problems (in the garage still as they can't find the fault}. There is an ac fuse in the underbonnet fuse box. Port Side on our LHD ducato near to the flip up cover for the +ve jump start lead. The covers held on by two screws easy to get to, and one totally hidden tucked away forward and a b*gg4r to get at the first time. Can't tell you position number but it's in your handbook.

If you can find the pressure switch and bridge it then if the compressor engages it's a leak in the system which is usually the condenser.

All sorted having confirmed gas OK, and fuses OK. Seems the mechanic failed to plug the compressor clutch electrical connector back in after doing a cambelt change. A minor hiccup but bloody frustrating as it was a nightmare to discover and get to. So lesson learned check everything is working again before driving 170 miles home from the Fiat Garage. Thanks for the guidance =",'= 🙏
