Ducato 2002 fastener identification (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know what these fasteners are called? The female part on the right of the photo has gone missing, its should be in the body of the vehicle and the male part on the left would mate up with it (no sniggering at the back of the class). The male parts are at either end of the long piece of metal trim that sits between the headlights and has the Fiat badge on it. It won't fall off but I'd like to replace the fastener in the body. Anyone any idea what its called?
