Ducati 2.3 map sensor

Good evening.

I have a 2.3 Ducato 58 plate and the EML light is on. Fault codes indicate map sensor. Does anyone know the part number?

Do you mean 'MAF' sensor? That is the mass airflow sensor.

www.coastalmotorhomes.co.uk show a Fiat Ducato MAP Manifold pressure sensor (2006 onwards) in stock if that is what you need.

Check your reversing lights are working.

Huh?

Yep, electrical feed to the MAF is off the reversing light circuit so if the fuse has blown (fuses do sometimes fail) you'll get a fault up. Found it by accident and it was later confirmed by an auto-electrician. The garage wanted to fit a new sensor.
