Drumming noise when using taps

Hi guys
can anyone help. There is a drumming noise every time we use the taps. Just came on yesterday.

Water hammer can be caused by to high a water pressure, restrict flow a bit see if that cures it

I take it you have a pressure system if so try adjusting the pressure switch, it will be either built into the pump with an adjustment screw on the end or a separate pressure switch near the pump.

A mate of mine had the exact same issue. It turned out to be this.

Before adjusting anything, would check

nothing resting or pressed up against the pump.
ditto flexible pipes to sinks

had a similar problem once was both of the above,eventually used a piece of foam pipe insulation to stop the kitchen sink flexes knocking on the side wall of the van
