Drop-down bed stuck.

We have a Bessacarr 596. When we tried to lift the drop down bed up again it seemed to sag at one end. As we lifted it was definitely not right. We couldn’t get it secured at one corner and it sagged. We eventually got it up but it is now stuck in that position and the push button to release the locking is not working. Has anyone any advice?

does it not have a manual override handle
are there any pics you can share of the probem which may help
