Hey family! Can anybody confirm if it's possible for a non-vaccinated person coming from the UK to drive through France? Has anyone done it recently? So far restrictions are not very clear when it's about not to stay in France but heading to a different EU country destination (Spain or Portugal) The official French government websites only mention of a 10 days quarantine when intending to enter the "metropolitan" areas but nothing else if one is planning to cross the country with no plans of stopping anywhere. So if one of you gents or ladies have done this trip recently and have no vaccines I will really appreciate some guidance on this or if you can share your experience.

So far as I am aware it will be impossible, I am travelling over in ten days so can let you know for sure. If you are travelling through you are entering France per se.

When we were there last year, after getting into France, we did not need to show any proof of vaccinations unless we wished to go into a cafe or attraction.
The issue you could have is getting into France without a vaccination.
Begs the question why?
Also if you get ill, why would you want to be in Spain or Portugal.
Find it hard to understand people logic in refusing a vaccine?
But each to there own, I am not to Judge, as I do not wish folk to judge me and my decisions.

You have to prove your vaccination prior to boarding a Ferry or via Tunnel by submitting proof before you even arrive at either, therefore, the answer to your question is no you cannot.

To each their own, but if you come to any of our lovely mass vaccination centres, myself or any of my wonderful NHS colleagues can chat with you and hopefully mollify your fears so you’ll feel able to accept this lifesaving treatment, if that’s the issue. I think you’ll find it impossible to get to France without the double vaccination though.
