I think common seance should prevail. It isn’t a black or white subject. Driving on a main road dripping water is dangerous, emptying out onto a pitch is rude and not fair to the next occupants. It’s not unknown to be asked to empty your grey water into the hedgerow.

1. Dangerous to whom? Motorcyclist enjoy the extra excitement.
2. Rude ? Hell no it’s considerate, you are replenishing the land that you have just ruined.
3. Empty into Hedgerow? Hypocrisy to the No2
