Does anyone know how to remove the little panel on the bonnet of a 2014 Fiat Ducato?
Trying to get access to the drain point under the wiper arm on the drivers side. I removed the visible screws but cant move the panel.
Thanks

Broken most bits now
There is a velcro strip or two and some spring clips that also hold it in place so be a bit braver and it will pop free

Mr Colpot I used to remove mine all the time over 10 years to fit the headlight protectors, which clip under it, on a 2012 Ducato. If yours is fitted the same then this is what I did. The first time I was a bit reluctant to use the needed pull to get it out but after then it was easy. These are the steps to follow.

Undo the two bolts inside, as I can see in your photo.

Underneath that cover there are 2, I think, protrusions that are a tight fit push into the hole fixings below but they are in the middle area not the edges.

I seem to recall at the pointed outer top end the plastic has a little protrusio that simply goes under the lower edge of the fitting above.

Put your hand under the lip where the screws were and the other hand under the opposite front edge and gently, but forcefully, prize the cover upwards from the bottom edge and it will pop out.

There is more flex at the bottom front edge so you can always use this to help prize it upwards. Nothing else on mine holding it in place, no Velcro no sliding etc.

Refitting is simply a revers and I used to give it a bit if a flat hand thump to knock the protrusions into their fittings when it was almost down making sure that corner profusion was under the lip above.

Hope this helps & you can understand it.

I make sure these clips are lubricated with silicon grease on those items removed regularly. It makes removal easy and saves breaking either the clips or surrounding plastic.

Thanks for all the replies. Managed to get the panel off ok - used a flat handled cleaning brush to lever the panel up and didnt break the clips. Now I know where the drain hole is I think I can clear it without taking the panel off in future.
