Where can I get a replacement fresh water tank drain bung? Somehow ours vanished from our tank in our Bessacarr a month ago while touring Scotland. Using an expanding wine bottle stopper with plumbers tape round it at the moment.

The bung will be lying in the bottom of the tank somewhere, if you can reach it!

many many years! since I was a kid
the cheap and nasty ones often seen on motorhome tanks are nowhere near as good as a bilge bung for a dingy. measure the size needed and buy an expanding bung from ebay or a chandlers. cheaper than buying the plastic plug from a dealers too

Thanks The Big1. Had thought about that especially as some family members are dinghy sailors!
Thanks everyone for all your suggestions
