If you mean The Esplanade, as I recall it is Pay & Display during the daytime (09:00 - 18:00) and not restricted outside those hours, so, theoretically - yes.

You could check the local council website to make sure

Don't think so. Only allowed at western end. If I remember correctly there was a great furore from the residents in flats at that end, caused the council to "do something".

Personally wouldn't go there anyway, Dover is a bit of a dump (used to have to overnight there when I was coach driving). Much prefer Canterbury Park 'n Ride, only £4 including buses to the centre plus there's a decent pub at the entrance.

We stopped there May last year no problem and yes after 18.00 we were able to move before 09.00 just around the corner till time for our sailing.
May have changed since then though?(y)(y)

no point ,catch the train park on cite europe 30 mins later free

Fully agree and is what we usually do. However circumstances on occasion preclude it so Canterbury is our next choice.
