Does anyone know if you can buy just the large metal pegs for the Dorema tie-Down kits?

Some people have suggested using the 'corkscrew' type devices that are used to fasten dogs to, but I would prefer to get the proper hammer-in type metal pegs (if they do sell them as a separate item).

Didn't notice any at the Malvern Show, that's not saying there wasn't any there of course!

I fear I'll end up buying a complete kit when I only need the spikes.

    i saw plenty at malvern.

from wire tent pegs to massive ground anchor spikes.

the ones i think you mean are like tapered angle iron, bent over at the top, with a 1/4" wire 'hook' welded to it. saw those too.::bigsmile:

    like number 11

Yes, they look a bit like number 11, but are a lot bigger (the size of No.6 possibly).

deceiving but number 11 peg is 9" long.

any long steel peg will do the trick......angle at 45 degrees when you drive it in.
