No, we couldn't afford the extra cost of having the floor done, not for a while anyway.

We are very pleased with it. Had so many doubts about the material but it came out so much better than expected.

I was a tad over £1300, which included replacing the foam in the sofa seats only. The back rest foam was still good.

That was one snag having the upholstery done where we did. We ended up walking around the shops to kill the time and accidentally bought a new telly! Only trouble is, it doesn't fit anywhere now.

The original Hymer upholstery had removable head rest covers so CaraVan just copied what was there before.
