Door spring problems

Hi everybody I’ve just joined so forgive me if I’m doing anything wrong.

I have a problem with my door locking mechanism. I think I’m a spring missing.

if anybody can assist where I might find a replacement please

We had a similar problem with our last van...a Knaus. I emailed Knaus and they sent me two springs for free almost immediately. I took the lock unit to a local locksmith shop and they fitted it for free. I have a feeling that it i'd taken the unit straight to the locksmith shop they might have been able to find a similar spring. Give it a try.
