Hi we have this fridge freezer in our 2019 Burstner we are away for three months in France. On the way down noticed that the fridge would not switch to 12 volt when engine is running, but would auto switch between gas and 240. I assumed that it had lost the D+ signal. Now today it will not light on gas, have been on mains for four days but prior to that it was fine on gas. There appears to be no voltage at the solenoid valve, so although sparking it will not light. I am now wondering if the control board is on the way out given two faults. There are three wires to the control valve red to the top black to the bottom and a yellow wire to the body of the valve. Any suggestions please?

Having now disconnected the power to the hab side of the van waited a few mins and reconnected the auto change now works as in starting the engine it switches to 12 volt. But as my op the fridge will now not light on gas. 240 and 12 are fine, plenty of gas heater running fine burners on hob fine. Recent new regulator so plenty of gas but no voltage on the gas solenoid valve when trying to light on gas, plenty of spark?

I would say that it sounds like the PCB control unit which will be on the outside of the van. We had a problem last year when everything gradually stopped working. It tried the changing PCB but that didn't help so I then ordered the control unit for the front of the fridge. It took 12 weeks to arrive and cost £290 but did the trick. Yours however sounds like the PCB unit which was arround £130 for me. Good luck!!
