Will try to keep this brief. I have 2007 Hymer B544

The Fridge is Dometic RM7655L. after the winter I found that I could not turn on the fridge at all. No lights on display, no ticking to light gas , absolutely nothing. I have checked and replaced the external. 12v relay.
I have metered the 240v supply at the PCB and there is power. I am suspecting the PCB may be faulty.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Quite easy to change the pcb swopping a wire from old to new as you disconnect. The hard bit is the cost, although you might find one cheaper if you trawl the Net with the Dometic part number.

enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
looks like the rm7655 pcb is the same as on other models - perhaps you could pick up a full fridge as a donor fridge

Thank you. Internal fuse intact and I,ve cleaned all the connectors with switch cleaner. Appears to be two PCB's for this fridge one with AES (AutometicEnergy selection) and one for manual. Of course the one I need (AES) is the most expensive at £220. There also seems to be a recommendation to replace the power lead from the heater element to the PCB to prevent future failure at £42. Not sure why this lead is failing.

Not so easy or cheap

Had an issue couple of weeks ago wouldn’t stay on gas. Ignition fail lockout.

Clean pilot and had to take fridge out in the end to clean ingnition circuit area on the pcb and resolder a couple of iffy looking joints.

Wasthen ok
