Just had a look at my oven after spraying a bit of Ceramic grease as advised by Lenny HB and noticed I have a rubber seal going around only 3 faces on the oven!
Does this not need to be on all four faces to complete a seal?

That's correct just on 3 sides.
It smells a bit after spraying with the grease first few times you use it, so I run the oven for at least 30 min on full blast after spraying.
It only needs doing once or twice a year.

Did you take it apart Lenny or just spray through the small holes at the rear of the door?

Poked the long spout into the slot behind the door and in the slot on the door, then worked the door open & closed a few times.

Poked the long spout into the slot behind the door and in the slot on the door, then worked the door open & closed a few times.

There is a small hole on the inside of the door that you can get the spout into as there is a spring and slider mechanism in there.
Have also sploshed some through the gap at the back like you have
