The fridge will normally only run on 12v whilst the engine is running. Usually controlled by a relay. relay or fuse could be your problem.
You may have to manually turn the fridge setting to 12v (battery symbol), however, it will just maintain temperature for you not get colder. It is just for travelling until you get set up with either gas or mains electric.

Oven door has to be fully open for igniter to work, once it’s lit you can close door halfway but keep button pressed for about 10 seconds after it’s lit. always keep door open if you light the grill or it will go out-safety features.
The igniter will get tired with age and slow down and eventually stop.

Check the 12volt fuses , my van has one for the oven ignition and two for the fridge ( 12v and 12v D+)

If the light works in the oven, I doubt it’s a fuse, or power supply issue.

The oven light and igniter use the same supply on a TecTower, normally a 2 amp fuse which also supplies the fridge electronics, so it is probably the oven ignitor that has failed.

The fridge not running on 12v will be a different problem, what is it not working on i.e. is it not working with the engine running or is it not working from the hab batteries when switched to 12v?
If both it could be the 12v element, disconnect the element and measure the resistance to check, it should be around 1 ohm.
