Looking at the bottom pic it's extremely hollow.
Supposed to sink in the middle as it cooks.

Had one on mother's day with a roast beef dinner.... Looked like they had just cut it off a rotton tree stump or something from a B rated sci-fi film.
Cut into it and it was so crisp and dry it crumbled to little shards.
Pushed onto a side plate.

It looks like is does b’cos it was made in that pan... which is how Toad in’t ole would look if done in an oven dish
