Probably get flamed for this but I love Yorkshire pud with blackberry vinegar as a pudding!

Had one on mother's day with a roast beef dinner.... Looked like they had just cut it off a rotton tree stump or something from a B rated sci-fi film.
Cut into it and it was so crisp and dry it crumbled to little shards.
Pushed onto a side plate.

Looking at the bottom pic it's extremely hollow.
Supposed to sink in the middle as it cooks.

It looks like is does b’cos it was made in that pan... which is how Toad in’t ole would look if done in an oven dish (y)

Aunt Bessie's... Aunt bloody Bessie's.... I'll have you know Shirl has a Masters degree and DFC* & bar with honours in Yorkshire pud making.
